Streamable Playground Terms of Use

1. Who we are

Streamable Playground (the "Studio") is operated by PAN STUDIOS, LLC ("we", "us"). These terms apply to studio.dukepan.com, the Studio helper you install on your Mac, and related services.

2. Beta

The Studio is a private beta. Access is by invitation from the waitlist. Features can change or stop, and we can end beta access at any time. The Studio is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.

3. Your account and helper

You sign in with your Google account. You are responsible for the activity in your workspace and for the people you invite to it.

The helper runs on your own computer. It uses your own Codex or Claude Code login on that computer. You are responsible for following the terms of those services. We never receive or store those logins.

4. Your content

You keep all rights to the videos, images, and text you bring to the Studio, and to the results it makes for you. You give us only the permission we need to store and show that content to you and your workspace members.

Only process content that you own or have the right to use. Do not use the Studio for unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.

5. Limits

We set usage limits for each workspace during the beta, such as the number of runs and the storage used. Do not try to get around them, attack the service, or access another workspace.

6. Payment

Beta access is included with a Duke Agents Skool membership. The Skool terms apply to that membership.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data or content. Keep your own copy of anything important. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for access in the last three months.
