1. What we collect

Waitlist: the email, name, channel, and note you give. We also store a one-way hash of your network address to limit spam; we do not store the address.

Account: your Google name, email, and profile image, from Google sign-in.

Workspace: the messages, decisions, and results in your workspace, and the media files the helper uploads (such as thumbnails, frames, and shorts).

Operations: error reports from failed runs and basic usage counts, so we can fix problems and apply limits.

2. What stays on your Mac

Source videos are downloaded and processed on your own computer by the helper. Your Codex or Claude Code logins stay on your computer and are never sent to us.

3. Where data is stored

Workspace data is stored with Convex. Media files are stored in Cloudflare R2. The web app is hosted on Vercel. Sign-in uses Google. Team members see media through short-lived links.

4. How we use it

To run the Studio for you and your team, to send you beta and account emails, to fix errors, and to apply usage limits. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your content to train AI models.

5. Sharing

Only with the members of your workspace, and with the service providers above to run the Studio, or when the law requires it.

6. Your choices

You can ask us to export or delete your account, workspace, and media. Email duke@dukepan.com.
